Mr. Liu has over 20 years’ management experiences in IT industry and technology innovation. Mr. Liu is an award-winner of "Life Achievement Award of Remarkable Contributions to Outsourcing in China" and he was also received several times the award of "Top Leader of the Decade in China IT Services Industry" "Leader of the Year in China Software and Information Services Industry" "Award for Outstanding Contribution in Cloud Computing" .As an outstanding entrepreneur, Mr. Liu co-founded AsiaEC.com in 1999 and has led the efforts to build the company to become China's largest on-line office supply and services provider. Previously, he has served in large multinational companies, including Siemens, etc.Mr. Liu is a Sloan Fellow and holds a MBA degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.

Junhe Che

Group Director & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Che is well-experienced on sales management, project management and business consulting. He has conducted many large-scale projects, from business consulting, software development, to system implementation. Mr. Che formerly worked for Deloitte and Kehai Group.Mr. Che graduated from Peking University with an MBA degree. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in both Precision Instrument and Management Science from Tianjin University.

Cheng Zhang

Group Director & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Zhang Cheng has extensive experience in financial management and profound background knowledge in financial field. Prior to joining iSoftStone, Mr. Zhang has served at senior financial management positions in Nolato, Lucent Technologies (China) Co., Ltd., Kimberly Clark Corporation and other well-known international companies.Mr. Zhang Cheng holds an EMBA degree in China Europe International Business School, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Brooks in Oxford and a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Information Science and Technology University. He has also acquired British Chartered Certified Public Accountant (FCCA), Canadian Chartered Accountant (CGA), Australian Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and plenty of other professional certificates. Mr. Zhang is an expert of international accounting with multiple knowledge and experience.

Ying Huang

Group Director & Chief Human Resources Officer

Dr. Huang is committed to building a perfect human resources system for iSoftStone, which it stimulates organizational vitality and creates an innovative atmosphere to make human resources become the core driving force for the continuous development of iSoftStone.At the same time, Dr. Huang insists on customer-centered, emphasis on capacity center, quality and operation system, project management system and safety compliance system to help the company's business development and the growth model from resource-driven change to "resource + capability" driven.Dr. Huang co-founded United Innovation Ltd. in 2002 and built the company to be one of the well-known IT service providers in China within three years. United Innovation Ltd. has successfully merged with iSoftStone in 2005.Prior to iSoftStone and United Innovation, Dr. Huang worked for Capital Network，Lucent, AT&T Labs and Air Force Institute of Technology. Dr. Huang has more than 20 years professional experience in the telecom and in high-tech industry.Dr. Huang holds a PhD from Rutgers University, and B.S. from Tsinghua University.industry.

Huifu Liu

Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Group

Mr. Liu Huifu has been focused on technological innovation and R&D management in the ICT field. He has deep expertise and extensive practical experience in AI, robotics, data elements, digital twins, and enterprise digital transformation. He is dedicated to advancing high-quality development for the company, clients, and the industry through technological innovation. Mr. Liu Huifu oversees the company's innovation and R&D management, including the Group Technology Research Institute, the Group Innovation Research Institute, and the Group Strategic Marketing Department.

Miao Du

Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer

Mr. Miao Du is a seasoned business executive. He has over 20 years of IT services experience of serving the financial services industry in China.Prior to joining iSoftStone, Mr. Du co-founded Talent Technology Development Co., Ltd. in 1995 and led-the company to become one of the most well-known system integration services providers in the banking industry in China. Mr. Du also served in the Computer Business Unit of Secom China.Mr. Du holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Beijing University and he is enrolled into the Master Degree Program in Finance at Beijing University.

Li Huang

Executive Vice President

Mr. Li Huang has 20 years of management experience in the information technology and telecommunications industries. His experience spans from sales, pre-sales, business development, marketing and R&D management. He excels in business development and system integration.
Prior to joining iSoftStone, Mr. Huang was a Senior Director of Microsoft China Enterprise & Partnership Group, the General Manager and the director of business development of Motorola Nanjing Software Center, and the Senior Executive Manager at System Integration Department of Siemens China.
Mr. Huang holds an EMBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a master’s degree in Computer Applications from China Academy of Railway Sciences, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Software from Beijing University.
