On October 12, 2021, hosted by China Federation of Electronics and Information Industry (CFEII) and Yantai Municipal People's Government, the 2021 Digital Enabling Economy Conference took place in Yantai with the theme of "Digitally Meeting in Yantai · for a Win-win Future”. The conference invited well-known academicians and authoritative experts to give keynote speeches on hot issues such as digital economy and digital transformation, and a summit forum on enterprise digital transformation was also organized, where people from all sectors such as industry, university, academia and users shared excellent practical cases of digital competency maturity model (DCMM). According to IDC's data, the total data volume worldwide will increase from 7.9ZB in 2015 to 175ZB in 2025. By contrast, the redundancy, data privacy and security problems caused by massive data will also bring challenges to society and enterprises in data governance. How to safely and reliably mine and leverage the internal closed-loop value of data has become an important digital mission of every manager.

At present, successful enterprises are all successful in digital transformation, and COVID-19 has made this transformation demand even more intense. In Yonghai Wang's view, every enterprise must have its own strategy for digital transformation, which is always concomitant with data governance.
